Minecraft Star Wars Sequel Skin Pack Review

The Minecraft Star Wars Sequel Skin Pack by Mojang brings us fifty three distinct skins to dress characters in an array of fun costumes. This particular pack is directly from Mojang meaning it'll have the premium level of quality to it and be a completely stuffed large pack. This is filled with characters from the latest films in the long running and well known Sci-Fi franchise. The pack is based on Episode VII: The Force Awakens and Episode VIII: The Last Jedi. You get all of the core characters as well as an assortment of random aliens which was nice. There are multiple designs for various core characters and a solid variety. I felt that all of the essential cast were captured with some surprise extras thrown in. It's honestly odd that they would do a pack now instead of waiting for the entire trilogy to be released, but I assume this is for a double dipping later. Whatever the case, there's intense attention to details with each character having full levels of depth. This is apparent from the layers on clothing, to the distinct hair styles and once again Mojang delivers.

The Conclusion

If you're a Star Wars fan then this is a solid extra package of skins to grow your collection. I'll leave a note that Prequel and Original Trilogy packs as well as one for Rebels are also already available. It has all the core characters from the new trilogy and so many side offerings. There's tons of distinct aliens and many rather bizarre enemies. I felt something was missing in regards to some core roles, I would have personally liked to see more trooper types present. I'm not complaining, it has everyone that's important. The Star Wars Sequel skin pack is packed with content and lots of depth in the designs for each inclusion. They're simply skins, but capture the recent films perfectly. If you want to be your favorite hero or villain from seven or eight, they should be here.
