The Minecraft The Haunted Neighborhood is a Store Community World that offers a completely fresh adventure within the game. Created by PixelHeads this map provides players with a really detailed street and larger world that surrounds it. It carries a Halloween theme as players can work together to finish the open world type narrative that's presented. It's not too difficult to understand what you're doing as enough guidance is there. Find a number of special pieces of armor, weapons or other treats as you deal with creatures. Fend of Werewolves, Flying crazy things, ghost and absolutely terrifying clowns.

The game carries unique tunes, sounds and spooky bosses to tackle. Battle highlights include a vampire lord, the headless horseman and some other surprises. It's well developed, features a decent amount of play time and can be used as a survival world upon completing. It's large in scale taking a very big area of the map with the town starting area being a small portion of the experience. It's also nice to see a story that's not so linear in the game providing a large scope. It wasn't terribly long to playthrough, but a solid length and a fun adventure.

This, The Haunted Neighborhood from PixelHeads did a great job of providing an open story to play through that carries the festive Halloween spirit perfectly. The work done on the various creatures you come across while just going around and during boss fights was excellent. The clowns were particularly crazy and freaked everyone out when they would run into us. It's a really well developed world featuring lots of depth from the houses to open environments. There's a good set of decorations and custom assets to make this feel like an entirely fresh experience. Very impressed by this effort and it's a solid example of what seasonal maps could be.
