Here are the specific details in regards to the improvements that have been made for the Assassin's Creed Odyssey Xbox Series S upgrade. It features HDR support with a dynamic 1080p resolution at 60fps. While partially inherited from the Xbox One original base release this was given a further frame rate improvement.

Additionally, the resolution was improved from what was originally 900p, so it should actually look quite better visually. Other elements weren’t adjusted, but the world should also render better than it has in the past. It should smoothly hit these targets with the extra power that is present. It’s quite an interesting dynamic when the right moment hits. Then you will explore ancient Greece, choosing a path in this battle between Sparta and Athens with dynamic choices.

There will be wars waged between up to 150v150 soldiers at once in grand scale conflicts. If the absolutely insanely large land mass isn’t enough for you the cover offers expansive sea portions to explore as you become a pirate of sorts out there if you so choose. Your choices in this world will impact the greater scale of things with advanced nemesis systems and a deep aim to assassinate a group that has done this land great harm.

If that’s not enough you can continue to battle further through expansive DLC that makes the experience feel as though it trudges on until the end of time and or when you feel you’ve had enough of this wildly expansive offering that’s just quite a blast to dive into. It offers many ways to battle, to explore and to conquest this unique place within the universe of the franchise.
