Here are the specific details in regards to the improvements that have been made for the Battlefield Hardline Xbox Series X upgrade. It features Auto HDR support with a 720p resolution at 120fps. The game received a FPS Boost that increased the frame rate from 60fps to 120fps with this being automatically applied to the game and therefore on by default.

It should smoothly hit these targets with the extra power that is present. It is worth nothing that most games do receive a standard 16x anisotropic filtering through Xbox Backwards Compatibility.

Those are the key details that are present. This game is not Optimized on the platform, meaning it wasn’t specifically adjusted for the platform and instead received these upgrades through either inheriting it from the previous generation or automatically. A video showcasing this is found below, alongside a photo representing the game.

Description/Synopsis
This was a direct spin-off of Battlefield 4 with a focus on the police force. It featured a fairly cliché story where you have to go rogue and what not. That aside, it did have unique mechanics such as arresting enemies instead of eliminating them alongside not having the traditional warfare tools like usual.

This single player campaign was composed of chapters and also had a multiplayer component where players battle across a range of urban environments. It’s quite similar, again to BF4 but with a different style of experience when it came to combat and the game modes that were present.

The traditional Conquest action was added, but core modes focused on money based objectives or even deathmatch too if that was a preference. It’s all about battling, but less about large scale war and more about civilian type locations which were quite neat. It once again had sixty-four player multiplayer action to enjoy, and received a number of updates to improve the experience after launch.

Hopefully you found these details helpful in regards to understanding how this game is running on the platform. Whether that’s in the boosted resolution (visual fidelity) that’s provided in the filtering, or just generally the extra performance that assists with the Battlefield Hardline frame rate to keep it running smoothly.

Certainly great to see what these games can provide on the latest console platform that features full backwards compatible support and will see many new titles release over its lifespan. It should be exciting to see what’s to come for the consoles and how much gaming will change over this generation.

To summarize these were the details on if Battlefield Hardline can run on Xbox Series X/S console platforms. You can read a review of a related title below, or check out a game hub for further coverage as well. Don’t forget to check out the video content to see the game in action.
