Side by Side Comparison Technical Notes
The most noticeable difference you’re going to be seeing between these two versions is the performance. The jump from a sub 30fps to hitting a smooth 60fps is such a massive difference. The second biggest adjustment to the experience is in terms of the resolution quality. It’s dynamic 4k with the remaster and the difference is quite large compared to 720p.

It looks very sharp whereas the Xbox 360 version is quite jagged looking at this point in time. Other improvements include the texture adjustments to make the world look better, alongside the upgraded draw distances that will be present in some scenes. Lighting is also generally better applied for a more natural look, with that being a stand out aspect in a number of scenes.

You’ll notice that as you visit this New York city that’s under siege. It’s a range of alien based combative scenarios and battles against the currently occupying the region Cell groups. You get everything from held off buildings to more open iconic locations that make up this well known city on the planet. Very different style from the first game for sure.

Description/Synopsis
Following the events of the groundbreaking original Crysis, aliens have returned to a world ravaged by climate disasters. As the invaders lay waste to New York and begin an assault that threatens the total annihilation of humankind, only you have the technology to lead the fightback.

Playing as a super-soldier equipped with the upgraded Nanosuit 2.0, you must adapt to the battlefield using its game-changing Stealth, Armor, and Power abilities. Customize your Nanosuit and weapons in real-time and unlock incredible new powers as you battle for humanity's survival.
