DayZ Xbox One Wooden Crate Crafting

In DayZ Xbox One wooden crates can be very helpful for storing items and they’re not hard to make. In fact, the recipe is actually rather simplistic with the ingredients being somewhat harder to come across. What you’ll need to make the wooden crate is two wooden planks and ten nails. You’ll place the planks in your hand then combine the nails with them. You can also place the boards on the ground and then interact using the nails to combine them if that’s your preferred crafting style.

It’s somewhat easy to place together, but can be tricky in regards to collecting those materials that are necessary to get it rolling. You can pick this up easily, and quick add items if needed, or the traditional drag and drop option is available. It can certainly hold many items within it.

Once created the container will provide fifty slots of storage for your items. It can also be buried if you want to. This is done by placing the wooden crate on the ground and using a shovel to interact and therefore bury it. You’ll commonly find wooden planks in the more industrial type areas, nails are also in that sort of environment, but not uncommon in regular housing locations.
