Fallout 4: Settlement Guide

One of my favorite aspects of Fallout 4 is the settlement area where you can build entire community areas through scavenging and scrapping the terrain within the wasteland. Thought it might be good to create a video showcasing some basic guides in regards to running your community while playing the game.
