You can find this spot to the left center of the map, it is located just south of Vault 76 where you start the game. Details and Highlights
-I'd like to start by mentioning this is a really cool and haunted area, as you enter the location which is just off a beaten path you'll find three Ghouls. The area might also be shaking, with weird things going on.

-The first house on the left facing to the open area from the road has a First Aid Kit on the wall and a full Ranger Outfit within it.

-The next house on the left has "Rita - The Fire Breather" holotape on top of a safe (skill level 0 required)

-The next house has a Ghoul; various smaller items, First Aid Kit on the wall and beside this building a small lit up wooden wall. "Alpine River Cabins Guestbook" note is below that.

-If you pass the sign you grabbed the note at earlier there's an outhouse, rocking chair and a Water Pump.

-The final and neat thing to notice is a tree house up the hill a bit. It stands out a lot can it's really cool to check out. You'll find a Jangles the Moon Monkey and a Terminal up in it. This is what creates the shaking, lures animals and makes weird sounds.
