Details and Highlights
-Starting from the backyard area there's a large playground ship with a Chem Box in it.

-Inside the, to the right smaller building there's a Tinker's Workbench, First Aid Kit on the wall and Two Ghouls to deal with. You'll also find a "Too Much Noise" holotape in the middle of the factory.

-The main building has a Port-A-Dinner, Two Ghouls to take care of and lots of ruined items littered around. You can however find some good things under the tables such as Nuka Cherry to drink.
