Details and Highlights
This isn't a large space, but it does have two core buildings to it. The first section is a larger rectangle like building. The interior is narrow with two walking areas. On the bottom floor you'll find some minor items within boxes, nothing too special. That is mirrored upstairs in terms of boxes, but there you could find armor, ammo or other small items. You can walk on the roof around the building if you'd like It should be noted that there's lots of wood here as well if you're needing that for crafting. I mean, it is a lumber mill.

The second building is smaller and partially destroyed. In the main area on the standard ground floor you can find a "Tinker's Workbench". Tools and supplies can be found beside this bench, mostly crafting items. In the corner is a first aid spot for something like boiled water, wood is around here too. If you go outside and take the stairs to the second level you'll find a neat note "A Job Opportunity". This is settled within the hands of a skeleton sprawled out in a chair. This will grant you a quest to find someone. It mentions going to the West Virginia Lumber Yard, better pay with better hours and no robots, from Paul.

That's all of the aspects that make up the Gilman Lumber Mill, you can read more about the game below and view the hub for further coverage. If you spot anything else neat we missed, be sure to let us know.
