You can find this spot to the far left center of the map, it is located to the far west of Vault 76 where you start the game. Details and Highlights
-This is an elevated position on the map being at the top of a mountain. It may be a small location, but it has some awesome items within it. To start, there are five "Scorched" enemies around it and maybe a Protectron to deal with. Not too sure, but one was smoldering upon arrival and the sounds of gunfire were heard in the distance.

-There are various cases outside on picnic tables that carry health related supplies, stock up.

-Inside you'll find a Weapon's Workbench, various cases with supplies and a First Aid Kit on the wall at the back area. Above in the rafters you'll find a Bobblehead: Caps between the two beds, behind the pole. Toys are around it as well.
