Details and Highlights
-This is a smaller area, yet still an interesting one containing four welcoming Ghouls.

-Around the small building there's a Nuka Cola Machine with drinks inside. There are various smaller items and a Tool Chest (level 0 required) inside. You'll also find a Weapons Workbench at the back and a "Camden Park Poster" on the building which can be viewed.

-There's also a boat on the dock, it has ammo and smaller items. Surprise, it also has a "Bobblehead: Small Guns" sitting there in the command area of the boat above the wheel.
