You can find this spot to the far left center of the map, it is located very far south of Vault 76 where you start the game. Details and Highlights
-There's a ton of corn in the fields, good for eating or using for farming growth at your camp.

-The house has four enemy Liberators and in the kitchen there's a "Recipe: Delbert's Tato Salad Surprise" note. You can also find various items there. Upstairs has Jangles the Moon Monkey, a pile of toys and a small wall safe with items. Lots of other random items are upstairs too.

-The shed/silo area has three Diseased Radroaches and lots of wood to collect. There are smaller items and a suit of Power Armor on display to grab. There are two Weapon's Workbenches here and lots of ammo among other smaller items.
