Details and Highlights
This is another smaller area with a few spots to collect items from. You'll first come across a Protectron which might actually be hostile which is a surprise honestly. There's a note out front of the building on a billboard. It's the "Slocum Woes" note. At the back you'll find a Water Pump and in the back store room you'll find "Justin's Note" note and there's a Tinker's Workbench in there too. On the roof you'll find a duffle bag of ammo. That's really all there is to this spot, looks aesthetically pleasing though with a giant Nuka Cola sign outside of the area.
