You can find this spot to the south left near the center of the map, it is located just south of Vault 76 where you start the game. Details and Highlights
A small area, this space still has some fun secrets to it. First off, there are Petrified Corpses and these should be ignored as they are not healthy for you. There's an Ammo Vending machine out front and to the right of that around the corner is a Medical Supplies Vending machine. Inside you can find a "Stash Box" and computers for information on the area. The lockers have a "The Herald Supports Quinn Carter" paper clipping. There's a Chemistry Station beside the lockers.

In the back you'll find a "Pulowski Preservation Shelter", it has bodies in it. There's also a Banjo that you can sit in the chair and play. After a few seconds it'll grant a soothing bonus, it's a Banjo and your character does actually perform with it. There's a Blue Garden Gnome on one of the tables too if you've been looking for one.
