Details and Highlights
-First off, there's an event titled "Tea Time" here that's rather short. You're tasked with defending a giant teapot. There will be three waves of enemies that are attempting to break pipes that are close together. My attempt glitched so I stood there for the final two rounds until it finished since no enemies spawned. A win, is a win I suppose.

-There's a Red Rocket with a Nuka Cola machine out front that contains drinks. The inside behind the counter is filled with treasures. There's a mod, a First Aid Kit and a "Bobblehead: Big Guns". There are health and food items on the shelves in there and a Weapon's Workbench outside.

-Inside the Tea Pot itself you'll find various health items and food to eat. There's a Bowler Hat in the counter beside the cash registers and smaller cool themed items from the place.

-The house has guns, various health items and a mod by the cash registers. The upstairs has a Mechanic Jumpsuit, some Radroaches to eliminate and a wooden crate (level 0 required) at the back.
