-This is a truly tiny spot on the map, but it does have some items if you're in the vicinity of it or just walking by. In the front you'll come across two Molerats and they'll probably attack you.

-Inside the building you'll find a table that is right at the front containing a "Note to Sugarplum" note. There's also a Tinker's Workshop, various smaller items and a couple weapons as well if you were needing some extra fire power on your journey. That's really all there is to this one.
