Details and Highlights
-This is a medium sized place that has a special quest attached to it. There are Radioactive barrels out front so be careful and the right side tent has broken items underneath it.

-The map prompts you to investigate the trailer to the left hand side, do so. There's a "Message for Jeff" holotape beside the Terminal. Inside are a Tinker's Workshop and outside you can find dumb bells, as well as sleeping mats.

-Once you get a quest, you'll need to travel in order to come back.
