The Fallout 76 Wixon Homestead guide which will go over the various details and highlights of this special location within the wondrous landscape of the wasteland. You can find this spot to the left center of the map, it is located just south of Vault 76 where you start the game. Details and Highlights
This is a fairly decent farm house area, it features enemies and some neat secrets. To start, you'll come across three "Scorched" enemies in the front yard. They are not too difficult to eliminate. There is also Carrots, Fruit and Pumpkins to harvest. The pumpkins are a special Easter Egg too, they feature game shapes like the Vault Boy or the special Jangles the Moon Monkey. It's a fun little thing and nothing too difficult to find, just something to spot along the way. An image of that is below. It is behind the house.

Inside the house you won't find anything too interesting on the main floor. The upstairs does however have a fun secret, there are crates with loot too. You can also find a "Message to Sammy" note beside the bed upstairs. It presents a quest to find "Abby's Bunker". You can find a water pump in the yard close to the house if it is needed.

In the surrounding area there's a shed close that has a Tinker's Workbench. It also has small scraps and supplies. Further upwards is a small hanger type building. It has a Weapons Workbench, two Scorched to fight and small supply boxes. Finally, there's a barn in the back area past the house. It has a Armor Workbench, there are petrified bodies that spread diseases and two more Scorched enemies. To conclude this area there's a box in the back with some minor items to find.
