Halo Wars 2 Skulls list going over all the non-scoring and scoring skulls that are available to be earned while playing the campaign. Skulls have a long history in Halo changing the game up in fun or maybe hardcore ways. In Halo Wars 2 this tradition continues with a number of returning and new skulls. I've included an image of the skulls and a list of what skulls are present along with how they alter the game below.
Non-Scoring:
Grunt Birthday Party - Killed Grunts explode into a shower of confetti, hurray!
Paintball - Marine grenades and grunt mines splatter the environment with color and deadly shrapnel
Wuv Woo - Scarab and Locust beam weapons shoot rainbows made of pure love and hearts
Scoring:
Pain Train - All player units train 50% faster, final score decreases
Bountiful Harvest - Supplies from supply buildings arrive 25% faster, final score decreases
Emperor - All player powers recharge in half the time, final score decreases
Pestilence - All player units slowly lose health from the moment they're built, final score increases
Total Annihiliation - Spartan special ability slams create an even more powerful explosion upon land, final score decreases
Sickness - All player units have 50% fewer hit points, final score increases
Firestarter - Grunts and Marines explode on death inflicting damage on enemy units, final score decreases
Things That Go Boom - Hero units unleash a nuclear explosion on death, final score decreases
Sugar Cookies - All player units have 50% more hitpoints, final score decreases
After Party - Any time a Firebase is destroyed the player who owned it gets a tank and infantry unit, final score decreases
Nightmare - No checkpoints or saves on any difficulty with Campaign only, final score increases
Shadow - Player core infantry units start cloaked, final score decreases
