Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart Press Package Unboxing

To celebrate the launch of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart we received a really awesome care package from Playstation. This was one certainly unique box that was filled with special items based on the latest entry in the franchise. A little roughed up from its journey, the box itself was still seriously stellar and well decorated.

It featured images of the game’s biggest characters including Ratchet/Clank, Dr Nefarious and Rivet too! Once opened there were a few smaller packets that included the many items that made up this overall package. The likes of which included a poster, a media guidelines listing (this was sent from Playstation just to reiterate) and some badges.

There was a furry Ratchet patch, a metal one for Clank as well! Then a slightly smoothed Rivet patch to finish the trio. There was a really nice information pamphlet too that highlighted Insomniac’s message to those covering the game. Other really neat aspects were the inclusion of a weapon guide with a movable selection wheel that mirrors the game.

A concept art booklet with other facts about the experience and tons of stickers based on the characters. This was such a pleasant surprise, and an interesting hype up for the full game. You can of course watch the full unboxing that’s embed in this article to see everything in action.
