Within the world of Starfield, you’re able to purchase and or acquire various housing options. These range from luxurious properties to just a small place that you’re able to call your own. Some can be inherited through various means and others you’re going to have to save up for.

Most of them are actually quite a mystery as you won’t know where they are unless you wander upon them or have some sort of guide to go over just where you might come across them. That’s where this article hopefully comes in handy, your guide to Starfield house buying.

I’ve included the video which visually showcases each of the spots which includes timestamps too, just in case there’s a particularly spot that hits your fancy that you want to jump to. There’s also the pricing and more details below written wise.

Starfield Homes & Cost

Dream Home:
Cost: 250,000 Credits + Dream Home Trait Selected

Parent’s Apartment
Cost: Free + Kid Stuff Trait (This one doesn’t technically count since you can’t build)

Neon City Sleepcrate:
Cost: 6500 Credits (you can do better)

Neon City Sky Suite:
Cost:235,000 Credits

Akila City MidHome:
Cost: 45,000 Credits

Akila City Core Manor:
Cost: 78,000 Credits

New Atlantis Well Apartment:
Cost: 30,000 Credits + UC Vanguard Progression

New Atlantis Mercury Tower Penthouse:
Cost: Free + UC Vanguard Progression

A handful of options for sure, I would mostly recommend the Dream Home as it’s the best property by far. Keep in mind that new game plus will reset any progress or changes you make for these options. Next best is the Mercury Tower Penthouse as the real estate is priceless and its value for just doing quests around the UC Vanguard faction.

Outside of that the other places are more novelty places to grab. The Akila City ones in particular are interesting, but not really the best of spaces. The worst bang for your buck overall however has to be the Neon City Sky Suite, it’s tiny and expensive with a horrible view.
