Rampage 4k: Real or Fake?

Rampage is not real 4k shot at 6.5k and 3.4k, but is 2k mastered. The film also features HDR, Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision providing brighter, deeper and more lifelike colors. This movie will take full advantage of your 4k TV and even look better when viewed at a lower resolution when using the 4k disc/digital copy. The release to home video was on July 17, 2018 with a run time of 107 minutes. The disc includes a selection of special features and bonus content including multiple deleted scenes.

UHD Main Feature: 2160p Ultra High Definition 16x9 2:39:1 with Dolby Atmos and English 7.1 for sound. The Special Features are not in 4k and don't support HDR.

About the Film

After a breakthrough in new technology gave scientists a path to treat incurable diseases through gene editing, see where that went wrong many years later. After being tested in space, this strange chemical build-up is sent down to the Earth in multiple separate areas. This in turn enhances a few creatures including one loved rare albino silverback gorilla named George. This worries his primatologist Davis Okoye (Dwayne Johnson) and he sets out to find what's happening. Get ready for large scale destruction as the animals for some reason head in one direction for an ultimate battle royale. It's the battle of the big monsters, and Dwayne Johnson is center row.
