The final episode in the saga follows Rey and what’s left of the Resistance as they battle against The First Order headed by Kylo Ren. That would be the proper opening, but instead randomly Palpatine is back and in charge. He’s got a fleet of ships somehow, and he’s broadcasting radio wise. Got a problem with that? Deal with it.
Rey is somehow being randomly drawn to the dark side, and there’s some conflict with the force which is something that doesn’t make any sense at this point. Enjoy a fairly generic and like sucking conclusion to an epic franchise that comes across as lazy and painfully generic as it ruins multiple themes from the overall sage.
