Thor: Ragnarok 4k: Real or Fake?

Thor: Ragnarok is not real 4k shot at 6.5k and 2k mastered. The film also features HDR, Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision providing brighter, deeper and more lifelike colors. This movie will take full advantage of your 4k TV and even look better when viewed at a lower resolution when using the 4k disc/digital copy. The release to home video was on March 6, 2018 with a run time of 130 minutes. The disc includes a selection of special features and bonus content including a gag reel as well as deleted scenes.

UHD Main Feature: 2160p Ultra High Definition 16x9 2:39:1 with Dolby Atmos and English 7.1 for sound. The Special Features are not in 4k and don't support HDR.

About the Film

Get ready for Thor's best solo film and perhaps one of the Marvel Cinematic Universe's best. This is one wild ride as Thor's apparently out of nowhere evil sister Hela smashes his hammer. After a skirmish both Thor and Loki are cast out into the middle of some random weird planet. There they meet the Incredible Hulk and his great friend Valkyrie. There are Planet Hulk vibes, crazy moments and its one hilarious journey. The colors here pop as it's such a vibrant and wacky movie, this really delivers a tale that develops the character. Get ready to finally see why they call this character the Lord of Thunder, and at the same time sparkles.
