The origin for possibly DC's best effort in their cinematic universe, Wonder Woman follows the humble venture into an original war for the character. Diana (Gal Gadot) heads out with Steve Trevor (Chris Pine) after hearing of a great war with a determination to stop what she believes is behind it. Along the way she faces epic battles across a gritty series of environments and war torn landscapes. It's a mix of motivational points while trying to understand a vastly futuristic society and the weakness of regular men. It then turns into some weird CGI battle situation towards the ending that was frankly out of place.
