This is definitely a boss location, at the start you’ll find a fast travel, Medical and Ammo set of stations to use. The Rampager is the main boss here, move around and hug the outside areas of the arena.

Keep firing, destroy the little white flickers instantly. The Guardians are quick, and easy kills for ammo. This monster will destroy the entire area, Maya will come and revive you while you battle. You can punch the Eridium to break it.
