One of the first boss fights you’ll come across in Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince is where you have to take on the “A Giant Nightmare Wolf”. At first you might not exactly be sure how to tackle this sort of creature, but it’s incredibly easy. All you need to do is switch over to Pontius the Knight and then use the slam technique in order to hit the head of the wolf.

Aim to climb to the high purchases and then just keep jumping. It’s particularly easy during the stunned moments and those are where you can strike if you’re having trouble attacking while the wolf is moving around.

This really isn’t a very difficult situation, and you should be able to beat it fairly quickly. You really don’t need to use any of the other characters, the knight class will suffice and this shouldn’t take you very long to roll through. Remember, just keep the slams going and you’ll be successful for sure.
