Minecraft Advanced Farming Review

The Minecraft Advanced Farming is a Store Community World that offers a completely fresh adventure within the game. Created by Gamemode One this pack provides a farm area for you to work on. It offers some levels of complexity as you grow crops, harvest them and then sell whatever you’ve produced at the local “market”. There are multiple areas for growing crops whether it’s small in scale, or larger with a field style. You’re given a series of tools to accomplish this, whether that’s in a manual style or on a vehicle for faster production.

There are some custom variations within this world, but I had hoped for more in the food category. At least, in a custom sense as it really isn’t anything too different from the vanilla version of Minecraft. You do get a detailed farm area to explore, and expand upon. I was a bit disappointed that the world does sort of just end. It’s a vast area, but it just empties out into a large scale empty flat box area, so you can’t use this is a survival setting. The Conclusion

This Advanced Farming from Gamemode One is a solid map, it presents a good farming experience at a basic level. It offers some unique elements whether that’s with the tools, or the selling of your crops for better items. I would have liked them to take the customization elements further, or perhaps to have something else to this package. I didn’t like that the world just suddenly ends at a certain point, limits future possibilities for survival.

The buildings were well designed, they captured the farming aesthetic well. They’re also furnished, and generally ready for you to start farming where ever you’d like to. You get a thick farm surrounding the estate, and a number of blank fields to start crop growing. If it’s not clear, there are animals as well to farm ranch style. Custom sounds and music are present.
