Minecraft City Stompers Review

The Minecraft City Stompers is a Store Community World that offers a completely fresh adventure within the game. Created by Imagiverse this pack provides a few maps from which you can just smash buildings in. There are a number of options to alter how you play, and these were appreciated. You can select the map, time limit and alter enemies present prior to hopping into a match. Once in the particular world you've selected you're greeted with a fairly large environment, it's shocking that this is part of Minecraft actually.

It's a completely unique set of environments with different themes and miniature items that don't look like they're part of the game. Not in terms of the blocky aesthetic, just that it looks so distinct here. You're not exactly stomping things here which was a bit disappointing. You're mostly slapping buildings, throwing cars and grabbing other power-ups. I still had a fun time and there's a fair bit of content to this experience. You even get to battle large bosses which were really cool and varied. Minecraft City Stompers Review

The Conclusion

This City Stompers from Imagiverse is a solid map, it presents a good selection of maps and a fun game type. This really does alter the core mechanics of the game in a fascinating way. The cityscapes were really well done and I loved seeing the little people running around. The bosses you can fight were seriously awesome, creative and good selection of them too.

I appreciated the options for adjusting the game prior to getting in. This can be a fun experience for an individual, or if you'd like to compete against others. The game tallies your score, so there's a sense of being than others you play with. It looks great visually and this is a very different type of world. Just wish there was more literal stomping for smashing.
