This is a film that the whole family can enjoy, with a lot of action, plenty of funny moments and even some tear jerkers. Personally, I thought they did a great job with this movie, something I would definitely bring my family to see.
It’s an animated film that aims to bring imagination alive with the presentation of a special theme park. The characters had great chemistry and there was plenty of character development not only with June but most of the cast. Each had their own story to tell throughout the run time.
The animation in the film was fairly good there were no noticeable errors in terms of the quality. They did great with the vibrant colours, from the amusement park, to the forest everything was bright and exciting. A good amount of variation within the settings that are visited during the journey. The animal characters resembled their live action counter parts well, while still having a family friendly vibe. All in all I think they did very well in these departments.
Wonder Park was an enjoyable animated family movie. The humour of the film was not just a hit with the children in attendance but also with the adult crowd as well. There are many unique characters here with a decent selection of voices behind them. This film had plenty of teachable moments and great lessons that kids can learn from.
One of the biggest lessons this film teaches is that even though you may be afraid, you shouldn’t let that get in the way of doing what you love. I was surprised at the messages this film had and how much it made me think as I was leaving the theater. I will definitely watch again in the future.
