Animal Crossing: New Horizons Free Updates Confirmed

The latest entry in the well loved Nintendo franchise will be getting a number of post-launch improvements to the experience over time. Animal Crossing: New Horizons will have free updates which will add things such as seasonal events continually throughout the year.

The first of these updates will be available on launch day, bringing in a special “Bunny Day” event in April. If you own the game and the Pocket Camp mobile game you’ll receive special items in both of the titles.

More details on this will be presented later on by Nintendo as the year progresses. Get ready for intense action and lots of free content to help round out your time on the exotic island. This Nintendo Switch exclusive game seems to be getting a lot of attention and support that will hopefully expand the longevity of the title for all users.

These patches and extra additions will certainly expand the title in ways that previous releases were never able to do. It’s best to wait and see how expansive the extras will be, but always be optimistic when it comes to seeing new things added to an exciting next release in the series.
