Arriving as of July 3, 2018 we have a couple more fresh titles available on Xbox One and further consoles sourced from the Xbox 360. The list includes some neat additions with Assassin's Creed Liberation HD and Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter as Xbox Backwards Compatible games. This means you can input the disc or just download them digitally if previously owned to enjoy the games once more. One of these titles (Ghost Recon) is disc based, the other one is a digital release, you can also install previously owned digital content from them such as maps or cosmetic items from the ready to install portion of the game area. The games will run exactly like they did on Xbox 360, yet perform much better overall.
The last game in the Assassin's Creed franchise to land as a Xbox Backwards Compatible title, Liberation is a smaller digital offering. In 1765 take on the role of Aveline; an Assassin with a French and African mixed heritage, who finds herself on an unforgettable journey that will take her through the crowded streets of New Orleans. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter is a very early Xbox 360 title focused around multiplayer while featuring a campaign and cooperative features in this futuristic combative experience. These titles join over 470 titles available on the program and it continues to grow all the time.
