Azure Kinect DK Pricing & Details

The special gesture and voice based input device from Microsoft lives on past its Xbox days. The Azure Kinect DK pricing is $399 USD with special price options for eligible students, parents, teachers and military at $359.10 USD. This device will only be available in the United States and China during its initial run, with an outlook towards additional markets. When it comes to the details there’s a 1MP depth camera, 360 degree microphone array, a 12MP RGB camera and an orientation sensor.

It measures five inches long with and 1.5 inches thin. It is designed for an ambient temperature range of 10-25 degrees Celsius. This device cannot replace the Xbox Kinect. The system requirements at Windows 10 PC or Ubuntu 18.04 LTS with 7th Generation Intel Core i3 (Dual Core 2.4 GHz with HD620 GPU or faster), USB 3.0 Port and 4GB Ram.
