The install size for Battlefield 2042 has been revealed coming in at a rather decent size at launch releasing on November 19, 2021 and taking up a total of 52.59 GB on the Xbox Store for the Xbox Series X/S version. On Xbox One the game is 28.39 GB. The game is also Xbox One X enhanced providing a 4k resolution with HDR support.
For next gen players you’ll get a 4k dynamic resolution close to native 4k at 60fps with HDR support and large scale conflict. This includes 128 player action with crossplay being enabled. This will include the might of Breakthrough and Conquest with smaller modes being present within the Portal.
Battlefield 2042 ditches the single player campaign for a multiplayer only experience that provides the largest maps and intense action of the series. Face off on a series of unique map environments battling with exciting vehicles and attempting to take objective based positions in order to become the survivor of this war torn future.
