Borderlands 2: Commander Lilith & The Fight For Sanctuary DLC Details

It looks like an older game is getting another late expansion as the Borderlands 2: Commander Lilith & The Fight For Sanctuary! DLC pack appeared on Steam. It noted a release date of June 9th, 2019 and it apparently comes in at no cost. It would seem that this would have been something that would have been announced at the Xbox E3 Conference as an available now sort of thing. It’s worth noting that this includes a raised level cap to eighty and newcomers can boost to thirty right away to get into the action.

The description is as follows; ”Return to the award winning shooter-looter for a new adventure that sets the stage for the upcoming Borderlands 3. Sanctuary is under siege, the Vault's map has been stolen and a toxic gas is poisoning Pandora. Fight new bosses, explore new zones, get new loot (including an entirely new tier beyond Legendary) and join up with Lilith and the Crimson Raiders to take on a deranged villain hell-bent on ruling the planet.” That’s exciting for fans of the series, read our review of the GOTY version below or check out the hub for additional franchise coverage.
