Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Xbox Backwards Compatible

This latest addition to the Xbox Backwards Compatible games library is now available bringing a single new title to the program. Now as of August 28, 2018 we have only one fresh title available on Xbox One and further consoles sourced from the Xbox 360. The list includes Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 as a Xbox Backwards Compatible game. This means you can input the disc or just download it digitally if previously owned to enjoy the game once more. The game is both disc or digital based, you can also install previously owned digital content from it such as maps or cosmetic items from the ready to install portion of the game area. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will run exactly like how it did on Xbox 360, yet perform much better overall.

This is the second and possibly most iconic entry in Infinity Ward's massive genre defining shooter. Work through an intense and building campaign as the invasion has begun. Battle for America while also enjoying a global narrative told with multiple perspectives. Face off with others in a massive and expansive multiplayer. Custom classes, perks and weapons have been improved with more maps than ever before. Work cooperatively within the Spec Ops modes to gain stars and a spot on the leaderboards. This is a well loved game and one of the most highly demanded backwards compatible releases.
