The DayZ Xbox One issues and updates for January 2019 have been revealed. This is a listing of future changes they're looking at applying to the game in the future. Think of it like patch notes, but in terms of what they're considering to upgrade over time. It's a limited list, but one that has key areas of the experience that they're hoping to improve over time. There are no set dates for these to be upgraded, be sure to follow the hub area on the site to keep up with the patches notes as they release over time. Good luck in dealing with the zombies from this world.
The DayZ Xbox One Future Updates and Issues:

-There are various issues with cars, often related to physics simulation/desync (cars shooting up the air, or diving underground)
Xbox Specific Problems
-Game performance (FPS) may drop significantly
-It's currently possible to duplicate items (duping)
-Spamming the B button when disconnecting can freeze the game
-When a fence is placed, the game freezes
-It is currently not possible to customize your fresh spawn character in the main menu
-Hold breath feature has no assigned controls
-Leaning feature has no assigned controls
-It is not possible to reload when your inventory is completely full

-Some wearable items can obstruct aiming
-Loading times for filled inventories are too long

These adjustments should help players with survival as its already hard enough dealing with the undead and any bandits that might be out there roaming around the desolate country landscape.
