The fifth and more traditional focused entry is to be upgraded as the Devil May Cry 5 Xbox One X Enhanced release is confirmed as the official tracking list on Xbox has it noted. The game is listed as being "In Development" for an enhancement and that isn't surprising since the previous titles from the group have been enhanced as they release. Furthermore, that Capcom has been very supportive of enhancing their new releases. For now we have basic details as its "In Development" with support for a 4k resolution at 60fps with HDR support. With this release it's also unlikely to support VRR.
The game will be enhanced right upon launch as opposed to post. For context, Devil May Cry 5 is a return to form for the franchise. The ultimate Devil Hunter is back in style with a returning cast, some new characters and all the fast paced combat you'd expect. Chain combos using wild weapons, tools and of course the very monsters you're slashing through. Aside from regularly playing, there's also support for up to three players in coop. The Devil May Cry 5 Xbox One X enhanced releases on March 8, 2019 on Xbox One platforms.
