Finally the premium console is getting boosted as the Fortnite Playstation 4 Pro Enhanced release is confirmed as the official Fortnite update list noted it on August 24, 2018. The enhancement is listed as being "in development" for an enhancement and that isn't surprising considering what Xbox One X received. Furthermore, that this is a massively popular free to play title that surprisingly hasn't had one yet. For now we have basic details as it's "in development" with support for resolutions higher than 1080p.
There's no set date for this particular update, but at least they have mentioned it is in the works. It's also unclear what resolution quality will be present, but it'll be better than what was present before. With the enhancement on Xbox One X it's likely they'll be able to pull off some great performance and options for graphics within the title. For context, Fortnite is a massively popular free to play battle royale title from Epic Games. A vast lobby of players drop into a map via parachutes and then aim to grab loot. It's basically an insane free for all, with options for squad based battles as well.
