Fortnite Port-a-Fortress Announced

Fortnite is about to further expand its grenade options with something a tad different. This is of course the Fortnite Port-a-Fortress grenade which will allow players to quickly prop up some cover. While it might seem like an odd addition the device could very well sway a desperate situation by altering the play area. Instead of swapping over from you inventory of weapons just shift over and give it a throw.

It'll provide a small piece of cover in the fort style, that aspect does tie into the general theme of the title as well. The new item will be available for all versions of the game as past updates have which makes sense considering the cross-play elements. This fresh element should be a different sort of change-up and it'll be interesting to see how players integrate it into their battle royale survival plans.
