Explore the open roads of natural and historic Britain as the Forza Horizon 4 Xbox One X Enhanced release is confirmed as the official tracking list on Xbox has it noted. The game is listed as being "now available" for an enhancement and that honestly isn't at all surprising considering the way Forza is pushed on Xbox consoles. Furthermore, that the past entries have been enhanced and truly take racing to new limits. For now we have basic details as it's "available now" with mentions of a native 4k resolution and HDR being supported while hitting that beautiful 60fps that was thought to be impossible open world racing wise on the platform until now. This comes in two options, the first being native 4k 30fps HDR and the second being 1080p 60fps HDR which can be switched with a game refresh. There's also no current mention of support for VRR.
It will most definitely be enhanced right upon regular launch on Xbox as opposed to post. For context, this is the ultimate open world racing game hitting Britain and for the first time presenting seasons. Race with hundreds of vehicles across varying weather and seasonal changes. This is one epic journey being a gorgeous release presented as a Xbox Play Anywhere title with cross-play support between platforms. Head to the world's greatest automotive festival once more and take in the glory of this incredible experience. Few games hit the limits that this franchise hits and this will certainly be another smash hit for the series. Forza Horizon 4 Xbox One X enhanced releases October 10, 2018.
