Gears Tactics Install Size

The install size for Gears Tactics has been revealed coming in at a rather large size at launch releasing on April 28, 2020 and taking up a total of 28.90 GB on the Windows Store. It is also 34.00 GB on the Xbox Store for console. The game is also enhanced with HDR and VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) support.

It will release on Xbox One after launch at a different date, will update with that size later. Gears Tactics is a completely different take on the series being a fast paced, turn based strategy game.

This is set twelve years before the first Gears of War game. The cities on the planet Sera are beginning to fall to the monstrous Locust threat that’s rising from below. This Horde is causing disarray within the government. Play as Gabe Diaz as you recruit, equip and command your squads on a desperate mission to hunt down the relentless enemy leader of the Locust army, Ukkon.

This is the evil mastermind who makes the monsters the COG face off against. Be smart as you battle to survive, and outsmart your enemy in brutal turn based action. There are customizable elements for squad and equipment. Gather loot, and take on challenging missions. Face off in large scale boss battles and enjoy a narrative driven story.
