The Hitman 2 release date and pricing details have been revealed for this next step in the world of assassins as Agent 47 is back. The title will be launching on November 13, 2018 available on Xbox One while also being Xbox One X enhanced. The cost is $59.99 USD or $79.99 CAD at launch, note that this may change afterwards or it could go on sale.
There are three versions of the game available with those costs being the base value. The second option is the "Silver Edition" costing $79.99 USD or $99.99 CAD. The third option is the "Gold Edition" costing $99.99 USD or $129.99 CAD. These higher tier versions come with additional content such as early access to the game and instant access to the online coop Sniper Assassin Mode. The initial install size has yet to be revealed for the game. It is published by Warner Brothers and developed by IO Interactive.
Hitman 2 sees a return of Agent 47 across a plethora of new locations. Sabotage a race, explore dangerous forests or tackle targets in the street. Do this in a true sandbox fashion that's reflective of the preceding episodic series. Your mission is to eliminate the elusive Shadow Client and unravel his militia, but when 47 learns his target's true identity and the truth about his past it changes everything. There will be new modes, new ways to play and a cooperative multiplayer option for the first time in the series.
