The Xbox Backwards Compatible game releases continue with yet another batch of titles for the second time of the week. Now as of January 18, 2018 we have three fresh titles available on Xbox One and further consoles sourced from the Xbox 360. This includes Magic 2013, Magic 2014 - Duels of the Planeswalkers and Magic: The Gathering as Xbox Backwards Compatible games. This means you can input the disc or just download them digitally if previously owned to enjoy the games once more. All of these titles are digital based, you can also install previously owned digital content from them such as maps or cosmetic items from the ready to install portion of the game area. The games will run exactly like they did on Xbox 360, yet perform much better overall.
The Magic games span a number of years always releasing with new content and a fresh collection of cards. Here we get quite the legacy pack considering the multiple releases for them all at once. If you're a fan of the series you'll most likely own one of them and if not, it's a great time to jump into the digital version of the card series if you like the physical version. All the games should be available to play right away though it may take some time for the servers to fully refresh for them, but they should all be available as of the posted date above. These titles join almost 450 titles available on the program and it continues to grow all the time.
