Microsoft Flight Simulator Xbox Install Size

The install size for Microsoft Flight Simulator Xbox has been revealed coming in at a rather massive size at launch releasing on July 27, 2021 and taking up a total of 123.01 GB on the Xbox Store. It does however vary featuring a view options for how it’s installed. You can have just the online portion which is 42.40 GB or have just the offline world at 59.70 GB. Both can be downloaded, or have them separately.

There are also in-game visual pack upgrades that can improve the look of various around the globe, these are optional. The game is also Xbox Series X/S Optimized providing a 4k resolution with a 30fps frame rate cap unless you’re using VRR which can enable the system up to 120fps.

It also has HDR support alongside being a Xbox Game Pass title. Microsoft Flight Simulator on Xbox brings the entirety of the experience to the console platforms allowing unlimited and open access to the entirety of the world.
