The latest attempt from EA to get this franchise revving again is to be upgraded as the Need for Speed Heat Xbox One X Enhanced release is confirmed as the official tracking list on Xbox has it noted. The game is listed as being "Available Now" for an enhancement and that isn't surprising since so many titles are starting to see support, especially within the genre.
This especially isn’t surprising as many EA titles also have upgrades. For now we have full details from the developers as its "Available Now” with support for a native 4k resolution with a dynamic resolution feature. It runs at 30fps with HDR support as an open world racing title. There is no support for VRR in this.
The game will be enhanced right upon launch as opposed to post. For context, Need for Speed Heat is EA’s latest attempt to refresh the franchise. It brings an open world racing experience, with a stark difference between driving during the day or at night.
Races are more official during the day to earn better cash, at night the cops start chasing and more rep is earned. Hit the streets, battle the corrupt cop force and earn your spot in the city. The Need for Speed Heat Xbox One X enhanced released in late 2019 on Xbox One platforms.
