The install size for NHL 21 has been revealed coming in at a rather decent size at launch releasing on October 16, 2020 and taking up a total of 39.50 GB on the Xbox Store. The game is also Xbox One X enhanced providing a 4k resolution with HDR support. This features four player local multiplayer and six player online multiplayer.
NHL 21 is the latest entry in this long running EA Sports hockey simulation series. This one will not have next generation boosts like all other EA Sports titles will this year. Instead they’ll be taking it easy and just becoming backwards compatible with Xbox Series X and PS5 consoles. This release in the series continues to refine mechanics, while presenting an updated roster and further fine tuned mechanics.
The World of Chel will return with new cosmetic options. Expect mascots, adjustments to the growing Threes modes and the traditional ways to play that you typically expect.
Hopefully you found this interesting and we’ll try our best to keep this updated over time. It will likely change due to various game updates, adjustments to platforms and also additional content expansions such as DLC or seasons.
