PDP Nintendo Switch Wired Smash Pro Controller Release Date & Details

The PDP Nintendo Switch Wired Smash Pro Controller release date and details have been revealed. This Gamecube inspired controller from the group will work natively as a pro offering for the Nintendo Switch console platform. One of the neat features is the ability to customize your gaming style by playing with the traditional C-Stick or swapping it out for a full-size stick. The innovative detachable stick design lets you experience the original GameCube style you might remember fondly.

Being wired a cable is involved, this one provides a 10 foot USB cable so you can be an extended distance from the console. The styles are focused on being Smash Bros. friendly with The Legend of Zelda's Link, Mario and Pikachu. The controller images below match the ordering of the names. This is in partnership with Nintendo as PDP works closely with them on a number of products and accessories licensed officially on the brand. The controllers will be available for pre-order this Fall with the offerings arriving prior to Holiday 2018.
