Super Mega Baseball 2 Now Free via Games with Gold

Super Mega Baseball 2 is now free via Games with Gold for those Gold subscribing members on Xbox One. Grabbing the license for the game will allow players to enjoy the full experience of the game while they're subscribed. It will be available on Games with Gold from May 1st to 31st 2018. It's a fairly small game taking a total of 3.93 GB on your hard drive. You can view all the currently available GWG games here as it will be joined by Sega Vintage Collection: Streets of Rage from Xbox 360 during the start of May.

The game was published and developed by Metalhead Software Inc. debuting with the GWG program. It's the sequel to their well loved Baseball game that really grabbed attention for its distinct look and focus on realistic play. This second entry aims to build on that with more realism in all aspects of gameplay from physics to character models. The game can be played in local or online multiplayer across many differing game modes. Do this with up to four players in different combinations or face off locally against the AI. The game is also Xbox One X enhanced bringing improved visuals, no HDR support noted. The charming style of Baseball is back in all its arcade glory being something that's accessible for any type of player.
